Prices in euros, per vehicle rather than per person. They include fuel, tolls, parking, meet-and-greet and waiting time. A written quote confirms the exact amount before any booking.

Day hire
10 hours of service, 200 km included. Beyond that, €0.40/km. On multi-day circuits the driver's meals and accommodation are the client's responsibility.

Payment
Cash on board in euros or dirhams, bank transfer, or a secure payment link for companies. No deposit required on a simple transfer.
Cancellation
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 24 and 6 hours: 50%. Under 6 hours or no-show: 100%.
Invoicing
A compliant invoice is available on request for any service, showing applicable VAT.

What we get asked most.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A €30 airport transfer costs €30 whether there are two of you or seven in the van.
That covers fuel, tolls, parking, meet-and-greet and waiting. The only thing that changes the price is if the passenger count requires a larger vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us. If the aircraft lands three hours late, the driver arrives three hours later — at no extra charge.
The 60 minutes of free waiting starts from actual landing, not the scheduled time.
Can I pay on arrival?
Yes. Cash in euros or dirhams directly to the driver, with no deposit required on a simple transfer.
Bank transfer and secure payment links are also available, and that's what we recommend for companies needing an invoice.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, across the fleet — along with French, Arabic and Darija.
If you need Spanish or Italian, say so when booking: it's possible with notice.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge — infant seats, child seats and boosters. Just give us the age and weight when booking.
We fit them before you arrive so you're not doing it in a car park.
How does cancellation work?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup, with no reason required.
Between 24 and 6 hours, 50% is due. Under 6 hours or a no-show, the full amount is due — the vehicle and driver were held for you.
Do you operate outside Morocco?
Yes, in Europe — principally France, Spain and Belgium — for clients who want the same point of contact on both sides.
That work is arranged in advance with a written quote. We don't take last-minute jobs outside Morocco.
Are you insured for carrying passengers?
Yes. Every vehicle carries current passenger-transport insurance, and the certificate is available on request.
Our drivers are employed or under contract, with the required licences and medical checks.
