No cookies
icontrans.org sets no cookies. No technical cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies. That is also why no consent banner greets you.
You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, go to the Application or Storage tab, and look at the cookie list for this domain. It is empty.
Why
A transport company's site does not need to follow you around the web, reconstruct your browsing path, or feed an ad network. So we built the site without any of it:
- no Google Analytics or equivalent;
- no Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn pixel;
- no social share buttons loaded from a third party;
- no fonts, maps or videos loaded from an external server;
- no embedded live chat.
Every asset — fonts, images, stylesheets, scripts — is served from our own domain.
What does exist
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records incoming requests: IP address, timestamp, page requested, response code, referrer and user agent. These are not cookies — nothing is written to your device — but they are data. They serve security and diagnostics, and are kept for 12 months at most. See the privacy policy.
The booking form
The form briefly remembers when it was displayed, within the page itself, to spot automated submissions. That value disappears the moment you leave the page and is not stored.
Outbound links
Clicking our WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, whose cookie and data practices are its own. The same goes for any external link. We do not control those sites and this policy does not cover them.
If this changes
If we ever introduce analytics or a third-party service that sets cookies, this page will be updated and an explicit consent request will appear before anything is stored, in line with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. Refusing will stay exactly as easy as accepting.
Controlling cookies generally
Independently of this site, every browser lets you inspect, block and delete cookies from its privacy settings. Blocking third-party cookies by default is a good habit across the web. It will make no visible difference here, since there is nothing to block.
